Four Reasons to buy my book ‘Four’

I’ve always had an open mind when it comes to things like ancient healing techniques, Deja-vu, mystery sounding structures like the Pyramids, and the possibility of extraterrestrial life.

The television series, X-Files, also piqued my interest. Thinking about strange phenomenon depicted on that show, along with my personal experiences at ancient ruin sites, I was inspired to write my own paranormal thriller.

In my book, Four, I blend fact with fiction to give readers pause, and let them wonder if we really are alone in the universe. Here are four reasons I think you should buy my book, ‘Four’:

Four Men The story is about four men from different parts of the world who all experience something unexplainable during their lives, and are then drawn to the Khufu Pyramid in Egypt on the same date. Later, at a reunion of sorts, they try to explain it all to one of their sons, who comes to have his own beliefs.

Interesting Phenomenon Throughout the book, I refer to factual unexplained events that have happened in the past, and continue to occur to this day. There are so many things on our planet that we cannot explain and know nothing about. You just have to look for them.

Extraterrestrial Life Whether you believe it or not, there have been thousands of accounts of UFO sightings around the world for years, and artifacts that have been found on our planet that may prove their existence.

A Christmas Gift What better gift than something that lets an imagination run wild in wonderment, while discovering things in and out of this world that are fun to think about and contemplate.

Check out Four on my website, along with all my other books. They can be ordered online, but if you’re local and would like a copy of one delivered before Christmas, message me here or on one of my social media sites.

The Young man is skeptical of their fantastic stories and unique adventures. But when extraordinary things begin to happen on his own familiar shoreline, he must reconsider his thinking.

North & South, Egypt vs. Capetown

49938676_279635946044865_3597180374783885312_nWith the exception of a quick visit to Morocco many years ago, this is my first foray into the African continent. Our planned trip takes us from the top (Egypt), to the bottom (South Africa), and lastly to the eastern side (Tanzania). I split the itinerary into three segments, roughly ten days, three weeks and three weeks, giving us plenty of time to explore each destination, but also time to kick back and relax.

We’ve only been in Capetown, South Africa for six days. Comparing the north to the south, so far, it is like night and day – Egypt being the older, darker, and unfortunately dirtier country. I can accept the fact that anything four to five thousand years old ages with a certain patina over time, but I am disgusted by the country’s attitude toward garbage and litter.

Reflecting on Egypt

img_1043We’ve been busy and on the go for eight days straight so there’s been no time to contemplate everything we’ve seen and attempted to absorb. Cathryn said it best after exploring our umpteenth temple, “it’s overwhelming.” It was meant in a good way since each and every ancient site was truly amazing. The pyramids at Giza are just a drop in the bucket of Egyptian wonders.
