Renee Meloche is a Yoga and Pilates instructor who has taken that expertise, along with personal knowledge of post-baby pelvic health, and wrote her first book called, Smart Mom I Am.

Renee has always had a passion for rehabilitative Pilates, including pre and post natal. She’s studied Reiki, Craniosacral therapy, Gyrotonic and Hypopressives. She has three children of her own and continues to spread the word to other moms empowering them to take charge of their body.
