This post is for my fellow readers in the Windsor area. If you haven’t been to pb books at 3947 Tecumseh Road East (at Leonard, near George) yet, you don’t know what you’re missing. Local owners Alyssa and John have tens of thousands of used paperback books for sale in all kinds of genres. Prices are in the single digits.

It’s hard not to leave the store with a bag full of books to put on your reading list. They will even take your used books if in good condition, for in-store credit. The store supports of few of us budding local authors by offering our books, if you are so inclined.

This Saturday, on August 19th, pb is having their annual 50% store-wide sale. You can’t get those kinds of prices anywhere else that I’m aware of. Check it out!
